Could be nice but cleaning has to be improved
Positive: Edward, he is a nice guy ready to help and easy to contact.
Facilities are nice : swimming pool, gym, playground …
At the first floors you have a mall, very useful with supermarket and many restaurants
2 free parking places
3 bedrooms, one normal with king bed and 2 small bedrooms with single bed but ok for our family
Apartment is well furnished
Negative: Location is not so good, nothing to do by walking distance
Huge condo, so be patient at the lift
Most issue for us, it was absolutely not clean : walls are so dirty, fridge, microwave were also not cleaned. We move the bed, it was again very dirty. We even found a razor blade could hurt my one year old daughter…and many other things should be clean . This apartment need a huge refreshment.
